Clinical Supervision

Provides a supportive and enriching space for professionals to critically reflect, grow, and thrive in their practice. Tailored for those working in therapeutic, social work, allied health, education, and community service settings, our clinical supervision offers a space to do meaning making, unpack practice challenges, celebrate successes, and develop therapeutic practices.

Rooted in trauma-informed and critically reflective practices, we focus on enhancing professional development, maintaining ethical standards, and fostering self-care and wellbeing. Supervisees are guided to deepen their understanding of complexities presenting in their work, navigate workplace dynamics, and strengthen their practice with confidence and empowerment.

  • We take a whole-of-person approach that integrates somatic, expressive, and cognitive modalities. This means we attend to your nervous system, your felt experience of the work, and your professional context—supporting both your clinical growth and your wellbeing.

  • Most professionals attend monthly, but some prefer fortnightly or three-weekly depending on their role and organisational requirements. We’re happy to work with you to find a rhythm that feels sustainable and supportive.

  • The Be With Supervision Menu is a trauma-informed framework designed to bring greater structure, depth, and creativity into the supervision space. It supports whole-of-person reflection by integrating somatic, expressive, and talk-based elements—making supervision more engaging, meaningful, and sustainable.
